About ONE Aerospace

ONE Aerospace was established to address a gap that legacy defense contractors were not moving fast enough to close: the need for purpose-built autonomous aerial systems that can be manufactured at scale, deployed rapidly, and operated without dependence on foreign supply chains.
Over the past decade, we have delivered unmanned systems across four mission categories precision strike, autonomous intercept, intelligence and surveillance, and electronic warfare resilience to allied governments and strategic defense partners worldwide.
We do not build concept platforms. Every system we ship has been through live operational testing. Many are already in the field.

GUARDIAN AI — Latest Development
In 2026, ONE Aerospace completed field validation of GUARDIAN AI our autonomous decision engine now embedded across our full platform family.
GUARDIAN is not a co-pilot. It is an independent battlefield intelligence layer that processes sensor feeds, threat signatures, and mission parameters in real time, making engagement and evasion decisions in milliseconds below the threshold where human reaction is possible.
In GPS-denied, communications-jammed, and electronically contested environments, GUARDIAN-equipped platforms continue to execute. They adapt. They survive.
GUARDIAN AI Technical Brief→Our Capabilities
Four mission domains. One integrated manufacturer. Built to operate where conventional systems cannot.
Tactically autonomous strike platforms engineered for high-value target engagement, battlefield force multiplication, and deep-strike operations in contested airspace. Our strike-class UAS operate in GPS-denied environments, maintaining mission continuity under active electronic warfare conditions. Platform class: OA-7 Strike Series. Endurance: up to 18 hours. Payload: modular munitions bay.
High-speed autonomous platforms designed to detect, classify, and neutralize hostile unmanned aircraft before they reach the target envelope. Powered by our proprietary GUARDIAN AI stack, intercept drones achieve sub-3-second threat-response from detection to engagement — without human-in-loop delay. Response time: <3 seconds. Engagement altitude: up to 15,000 ft. AI engine: GUARDIAN v4.2.
Persistent, wide-area surveillance platforms equipped with multi-spectral sensors, synthetic aperture radar, and real-time data links. Our ISR networks provide continuous battlefield awareness across border security, maritime patrol, infrastructure protection, and joint force coordination missions. Coverage: 200+ km operational radius. Sensor suite: EO/IR, SAR, SIGINT-ready. Data link: encrypted, multi-node mesh.
ONE Aerospace partners with allied governments to establish indigenous drone manufacturing infrastructure — from component fabrication and assembly line design to quality systems, supply chain localization, and technical workforce development. Nations that build their own systems do not run out of them. Program scope: facility design to full-rate production. Technology transfer: included. Timeline: 18–36 months to initial operating capability.
Active Platforms
Each platform in our portfolio was built for a specific mission requirement and validated through operational testing before delivery. These are not prototypes.
Precision Strike
Long-endurance tactical strike UAS with autonomous target engagement, modular munitions bay, and GUARDIAN AI integration. Cleared for allied export.
Autonomous Intercept
High-speed counter-UAS platform with sub-3-second engagement response. Deployed across border security and forward air defense positions in 6 nations.
Global Leadership
“In this war, our soldiers have proved that drones can give an advantage and regain the initiative. At a time when we were expecting artillery supplies from our partners, FPV drones actually saved the frontline.”
Volodymyr Zelenskyy
President of Ukraine · Evening Address, 4 June 2024
“Obviously, long-term, we cannot continue by shooting down drones with very costly interceptors. We have to find some interception techniques that are of the same cost as the drones.”
Mark Rutte
NATO Secretary General · Brussels Press Conference, 17 June 2026
FAQ
Our procurement and partnership process is designed to move at the speed of operational requirements, not peacetime procurement cycles.
Initial engagement begins with a classified or unclassified briefing, followed by a requirements assessment. We work directly with defense ministries, procurement offices, and military commands to structure acquisition frameworks aligned with your legislative and budgetary timelines. We do not operate through intermediaries.
Our platforms are developed and exported in full compliance with US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). We work with the US State Department's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) to ensure all allied exports are properly licensed and structured.
A full sovereign manufacturing engagement includes facility design and build-out, production tooling and quality management systems, supply chain localization planning, MIL-SPEC workforce training, and a phased technology transfer roadmap from licensed assembly to indigenous production capability. Timeline to initial operating capacity ranges from 18 to 36 months.
GUARDIAN operates entirely on onboard edge-AI inference — no external communications dependency required. The system uses multi-modal sensor fusion (inertial, optical, terrain mapping) to maintain navigation and situational awareness under full GPS denial. Active electronic warfare environments are part of our standard validation protocol.
Yes. Our platforms are designed to interface with NATO STANAG 4586 data link standards and support custom C2 integration. Our systems engineering team works directly with your national C2 architects during the integration phase.
Whether you are evaluating platforms, planning a sovereign manufacturing program, or assessing AI integration options — our team is structured for direct engagement with defense professionals.
All initial engagements are conducted under NDA. ITAR-controlled information handled accordingly.
